Policies

Driving lessons must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $25.00 penalty.

5-Hour Class (via Zoom): If you do not attend the virtual class after it has been confirmed, you will be required to pay $30.00 to reschedule.

Road Test: Once confirmed, rescheduling requires a $45.00 fee.

If you are more than 30 minutes late to your driving lesson, it will be considered missed. Please call us if you are running late.

All cancellations or changes must be made during business hours only. Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm.

If a student cancels a package, services will be charged at the individual rate for each lesson or class received.

If you have an appointment scheduled for a Monday, any rescheduling must be done by the Saturday before. Voicemails and emails are not accepted for cancellations. Same-day cancellations are considered a NO SHOW and a $25.00 penalty will apply.

Students must always bring their learner's permit and any required items (like prescription glasses) to avoid being marked as a NO SHOW for driving lessons or road tests.

Meeting point is always at the driving school. We do not provide pick-up service.

Closed-toe sneakers are required. No sandals allowed.

For your safety, all vehicles are equipped with security cameras and audio recording.

Packages are valid for 4 months only.
